Maintenance Day – 3/21/2026 (RD 3/28) 9 am - 3 pm
Team Parent Meeting – 3/26/2026 (Location TBD)

All Drink Donations are due on Maintenance day - Updated Drink List will be out soon.
Join us on Maintenance day and work 2 hours.  You will refunded you $25 Maintenance fee on the spot.
Please check in your drinks and check in to work your 2 hour....

 

To continue to upgrade our fields and purchase new equipment, we are asking each family to donate one twelve pack of soda (12oz cans) and one case of water (16.9oz) to be sold at the concession stand at all games.  If you are listed to donate Gatorade you will not need to donate water.
 

Please drop off your donation at TGSL fields concession stand on the following day:

Maintenance Day Saturday, March 21, 2026 9 am - 3 pm

 

Maintenance Day on March 21st will be the ONLY day we take donations. 

 

All drink donations will be checked in at the concession stand. 

Make sure you give your name to the person working the

Maintenance Day Check in.
